Partner Portal for Minicab Operators

Run a licensed private hire or taxi office? Join our network and receive pre-booked journeys from passengers in Richmond and across London.

  • Licensed operators only
  • Airport, station and local bookings
  • Keep running your own office

We are a Cab Facilitator, connecting the passengers with the licenced Minicab and Taxi service providers in the UK, with best interests of both parties.

How our partner network works

Richmond Airport Transfers is a cab facilitator. Passengers book through us, and every journey is carried out by a licensed private hire or taxi operator. Our partner portal is how operators join that network and start receiving bookings.

When a passenger books, licensed operators covering the journey can offer a fixed quote. The passenger chooses a quote, and the booking is passed to that operator to carry out with their own drivers and vehicles. The contract for the journey is between the passenger and the operator.

Why partner with us?

  • Extra pre-booked work, much of it airport transfers to Heathrow, Gatwick and the other London airports.
  • Station and local journeys around Richmond, Kew, Twickenham and East Sheen.
  • Group bookings for MPVs and minibuses, such as our 6 seater work.
  • Your office, your drivers. You keep control of your fleet and how you run your business.

What you need to join

  • A valid private hire operator licence from Transport for London or your local licensing authority
  • Insurance as required by your licence, including hire and reward cover for vehicles
  • Drivers and vehicles that are licensed for private hire work
  • A way to receive and confirm bookings promptly, day and night if you work 24/7
  • Agreement to follow the booking terms set out in our privacy policy

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Who can become a partner?

Private hire and taxi operators that hold a valid operator licence from Transport for London or their local licensing authority, with licensed drivers and vehicles.

Is there a fee to join?

Contact us for the current partner terms. We will explain how bookings, payments and any commission work before you sign up.

Will I have to change how my office works?

No. You keep running your own office, drivers and vehicles. Bookings from our network are passed to you to accept and carry out.

Which areas do you need partners in?

We take bookings across Richmond upon Thames and south-west London, and for airport and station journeys across London. Operators covering these areas are especially welcome.

How long does it take to get set up?

Once we have checked your licence and insurance documents, set-up is usually quick. We will tell you what is needed when you get in touch.
